The company has been present in Poland since several years where it has production facilities in different business lines. Its operations are compliant with strict international safety and quality standards. At present our client is about to open a greenfield production facility in Wroclaw.Due to this they are now looking for qualified and committed professional candidates, to take up the position of:

Production Manager

Job Mission:
Reporting directly to the Plant Director the Production Manager will be responsible for the vast range of issues connected with production, maintenance and HSE (health, safety and environment).

The scope of responsibilities includes (but is not limited to):

Extrusion coating and lamination
Printing
Slitting
Packaging
Maintenance
Prepress planning
Local investments in production
HSE


Main Tasks:
Managing the production, maintenance and prepress planning
Optimizing the production process in order to achieve a high productivity and quality according to the budget and customer requirements
Optimizing the maintenance process
Emphasizing the health, safety and environment issues
Creating high performance solutions in order to provide the customer service concepts
Managing the human resources within the area of responsibility
Coordinating investments and the technical development for the Wroclaw plant including investment proposals
Leading LEAN activities
Additional projects


Professional and Personal Profile:

A few years of experience in production management within the paper converting, cardboard, film or printing plastic film industry;
Experience in an international environment is a plus;
Pro-active, with good problem-solving skills, quality-orientated;
Flexible, reliable, with good communication skills and commercial awareness;
Suitable technical education;
Fluent English and Polish skills (oral and written)
